Brozam AI ("we", "us") provides an AI-powered marketing assistant for small businesses. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

What we collect

• Account data: your email address and password (hashed by Supabase Auth).
• Business data: the business information you enter (name, category, location, phone, description, target customers, services, amenities).
• Generated content: the AI-generated text and images you create in the app, plus the prompts that produced them.
• Usage data: how many AI generations you have used and your subscription status.
• Device data: crash logs and anonymous analytics (if enabled).

How we use it

• To provide the app's features (generating content, saving history).
• To enforce subscription limits.
• To improve the app.

We do not sell your data to third parties.

Third parties

We share data with:

• Supabase — authentication, database, and image storage. supabase.com/privacy
• Groq — AI text generation. Your prompts and business information are sent to Groq to generate content. groq.com/privacy
• Pollinations.ai — AI image generation. Your image prompts are sent to Pollinations. pollinations.ai

Data retention

Your data stays as long as your account exists. You can delete your account at any time from the app (Settings → Delete Account).

Children

Brozam AI is not intended for users under 13 (or under 16 in the EU).

Changes

We may update this policy. We'll notify you in the app when significant changes occur.
